Choose a template below, or write your own, and follow these steps:

Step 1: Decide which to which commissioners you want to write.
(You can write to all of them).

Step 2: For each letter, gather the following:

– An envelope
– A stamp
– An address label
– One of the following templates:
1. Local Resident of Jennings County
2. Member of the Climbing Community

Step 3: Put your letter(s) together.

Letter:
-Print your letter.
-Please sign the bottom of your letter and include your:
1. Signature
2. Printed Name
3. Contact Info (Optional)
4. Business or Organization (Optional)

-Fold and place each letter in its own envelope.

Envelope:
-Stamp goes on the upper right.
-Address for the recipient goes in the center.
-Your name and return address or contact info goes on the upper left (Optional)

Step 4: Mail out your letter(s).

Step 5: Get your friends and family to write letters as well!
