Paul Foltz

Paul Foltz began climbing in 2016 after deciding to become more active with a friend. Faced with the choice between rock climbing and parkour, he chose climbing—largely to avoid running—and quickly found it to be a lasting fit.

He joined the Indiana Climbers Coalition to combine his interest in climbing with his commitment to giving back through community involvement. As an Officer at Large, Paul approaches his role with a simple philosophy: work worth doing is work that needs doing. He focuses on contributing where needed and supporting ICC’s broader efforts to grow and sustain the climbing community.

Outside of climbing, Paul enjoys biking, gaming, reading, and spending time with others. He is highly approachable and always open to meeting fellow climbers and community members.
